Recipes, notes, and other content you create remain yours. By using RecipePal you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to operate the service for you.

The RecipePal name, logo, and all software are owned by RecipePal and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated recipes are suggestions only — always use your judgment regarding ingredients, allergens, and food safety.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecipePal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes by email or within the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
